Apex Trek is exclusively for Manipal University Jaipur students. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced trekker, if you love adventure and want to explore Jaipur’s hidden gems, you’re welcome to join!
The trek fee covers everything – transportation (pickup & drop), experienced trek guides, refreshments and fun group activities. You just need to show up and enjoy the adventure!
Wear comfortable trekking shoes, carry a water bottle, cap, and sunglasses, and dress according to the weather. We’ll provide basic refreshments, but feel free to bring your own snacks.
You can register on the Apex Trek landing page on the MysTrip website. Payments are collected in advance to confirm your spot. Limited slots available, so book early!
Since we make arrangements in advance, payments are non-refundable. However, if you inform us at least 48 hours before the trek, we may offer you a spot on the next trek (subject to availability).
Your safety is our priority! We collaborate with trusted trekking guides, have first-aid support, and ensure that all routes are beginner-friendly or moderate. However, participants should follow trek leader instructions at all times.

At Apex Trek, our goal is to provide you with an exciting, safe, and memorable experience. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey for everyone, we request all participants to read and agree to the following terms before registering.
Trekking is an outdoor activity that involves walking on natural trails. While we take all necessary precautions, participants must be mindful of their own safety and follow the instructions given by our trek guides.
If you have any medical conditions, please inform us beforehand so we can assist you accordingly.
At MysTrip, the safety and well-being of all our participants, especially women, is our top priority. By registering for Apex Trek, you agree to the following:
✅ Strict No-Harassment Policy
🔹 Any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, or misconduct towards any participant, especially women, will result in immediate removal from the trek without a refund.
🔹 Any such incidents will be reported to the authorities if necessary.
✅ Dedicated Support & Trek Leads
🔹 Our trek guides and management team will always be available to assist female participants.
🔹 Women will have designated safe spaces during rest breaks, transportation, and group activities.
🔹 If any participant feels uncomfortable at any point, they are encouraged to reach out to the trek lead immediately.
✅ Group Safety & Accountability
🔹 Participants must respect personal boundaries and maintain a friendly and inclusive environment.
🔹 No separate or solo wandering during the trek. Everyone must stick to the group for safety.
🔹 Trek leads will conduct regular headcounts to ensure all participants are safe and accounted for.

At MysTrip, we prioritize safety, responsibility, and a positive group experience. By registering for Apex Trek, all participants agree to abide by the following strict guidelines regarding drug and alcohol consumption:
🚫 Zero Tolerance Policy
🔹 The possession, consumption, or distribution of alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substances is STRICTLY PROHIBITED during the entire trek, including transportation, rest stops, and activity areas.
🔹 Anyone found under the influence of alcohol or drugs before or during the trek will be immediately removed from the group without a refund and may be reported to local authorities if necessary.
🔹 Group Responsibility & Conduct
🔹 Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and responsible environment for the entire group.
🔹 Any disruptive behavior caused due to intoxication will not be tolerated and will result in strict action.
🔹 Safety First Approach
🔹 The trek involves physical activity in natural terrain. Alcohol and drugs can impair judgment and increase the risk of accidents or injuries.
🔹 MysTrip is not responsible for any incidents occurring due to the violation of this policy.
⚠️ Consequences of Violation
🔹 Immediate removal from the trek without a refund.
🔹 Blacklisting from future MysTrip events.
🔹 Legal action if necessary, in case of severe misconduct.

Nature can be unpredictable, and in case of any weather or safety concerns, we may slightly modify the itinerary to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.
Please carry only essential items and keep them secure. While we look out for one another, we cannot be responsible for lost or misplaced belongings.
We understand that plans can change! However, since trek logistics are pre-arranged, trek fees are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you can transfer your slot to a friend—just let us know in advance!
