    Gather • Bluedove Mess (GHS)

    Boarding starts for PG students outside GHS. Please be on time — buses leave at 4:45 AM sharp.

    Arrival & Welcome

    Meet our 7–8 member trek team. Power warm-up led by guides to loosen up.

  3. 05:55

    Breakfast & Treat

    Exotic fruit bowls, energy drinks and Jungle Wali Maggi with chai/coffee.

  4. 06:00

    Trek Start • Sunrise

    Begin the trek, enjoy sunrise views, discover hidden scenic spots — pro photos & drone included.

  5. 08:00–08:30

    Activities & Games

    Tug-of-war, archery, team games. Fun, safe, and beginner-friendly challenges.

  6. 10:00

    Final View & Wrap-up

    One last viewpoint, group photos, and short closing circle before heading back.

  7. 11:30–12:00

    Board Buses

    Boarding starts — buses will drive back to MUJ. Expect to reach by ~1:00 PM.

FAQs & Policies

What should I carry?

Comfortable shoes, water bottle, light raincoat (monsoon), college ID, and a small backpack. We'll provide breakfast and refreshments.

How do I pay for the trek?

Make payment using the QR code provided in the registration form. Upload a screenshot of your successful payment along with your registration details. We'll verify and confirm your booking within 24 hours.

Refund & cancellation?

We understand that plans can change! However, since trek logistics are pre-arranged, trek fees are non-refundable. If you're unable to attend, you can transfer your slot to a friend—just let us know in advance!

Is this safe for beginners?

Absolutely! The trek is totally safe with trained guides. We maintain small group ratios and have medical kits on-site.

What if it rains?

Trek continues in light rain (more adventurous!). In case of heavy rain/storms, we'll reschedule it to the next day or next weekend.

Transportation details?

AC luxury buses will pick up from GHS Hostel Main Gate at 4:45 AM sharp. Return by 1:00 PM to the same location.

Trekking is an outdoor activity that involves walking on natural trails. While we take all necessary precautions, participants must be mindful of their own safety and follow the instructions given by our trek guides.

At MysTrip, the safety and well-being of all our participants, especially women, is our top priority. By registering for Apex Trek, you agree to the following:

✅ Strict No-Harassment Policy

🔹 Any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, or misconduct towards any participant, especially women, will result in immediate removal from the trek without a refund.

🔹 Any such incidents will be reported to the authorities if necessary.

✅ Dedicated Support & Trek Leads

🔹 Our trek guides and management team will always be available to assist female participants.

🔹 Women will have designated safe spaces during rest breaks, transportation, and group activities.

🔹 If any participant feels uncomfortable at any point, they are encouraged to reach out to the trek lead immediately.

✅ Group Safety & Accountability

🔹 Participants must respect personal boundaries and maintain a friendly and inclusive environment.

🔹 No separate or solo wandering during the trek. Everyone must stick to the group for safety.

🔹 Trek leads will conduct regular headcounts to ensure all participants are safe and accounted for.

🚫 Zero Tolerance Policy

🔹 The possession, consumption, or distribution of alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substances is STRICTLY PROHIBITED during the entire trek, including transportation, rest stops, and activity areas.

🔹 Anyone found under the influence of alcohol or drugs before or during the trek will be immediately removed from the group without a refund and may be reported to local authorities if necessary.

🔹 Group Responsibility & Conduct

🔹 Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and responsible environment for the entire group.

🔹 Any disruptive behavior caused due to intoxication will not be tolerated and will result in strict action.

🔹 Safety First Approach

🔹 The trek involves physical activity in natural terrain. Alcohol and drugs can impair judgment and increase the risk of accidents or injuries.

🔹 MysTrip is not responsible for any incidents occurring due to the violation of this policy.

🔹 Immediate removal from the trek without a refund.

🔹 Blacklisting from future MysTrip events.

🔹 Legal action if necessary, in case of severe misconduct.
