No Content Usage Rights Granted
Any business or individual working with MysTrip does not automatically receive any rights to use, share, publish, or distribute photos, videos, or other media content related to MysTrip activities.
This includes content:
- Captured by MysTrip
- Captured by MysTrip participants
- Captured by vendor-employed photographers or videographers
- Captured using vendor equipment during MysTrip activities
All such content remains the exclusive intellectual property of MysTrip.
Strict Prohibition on Commercial & Promotional Use
Businesses and partners are strictly prohibited from using any MysTrip-related content for:
- Marketing or promotional purposes
- Posting on business or professional social media pages
- Websites, advertisements, brochures, banners, or portfolios
- Promotion of their own services or third-party services
This applies even if MysTrip participants appear incidentally or unintentionally in the content.
Protection of Participant Privacy
Businesses, vendors, or partners may not:
- Post or circulate photos or videos containing MysTrip participants
- Use participant images or videos for any commercial or promotional purpose
- Share participant-related content publicly or privately for business benefit
Participant privacy is a core value of MysTrip and must be respected at all times.
No Content Collection from Participants or MysTrip Crew
Businesses and partners are not permitted to:
- Request or collect photos or videos from MysTrip participants
- Ask MysTrip’s camera personnel, coordinators, or volunteers for content
- Reuse or repost content shared in MysTrip’s private groups or internal channels
Any such activity will be treated as unauthorized content usage.
No Self-Promotion to MysTrip Participants
During any MysTrip-organized trip, trek, event, or activity, businesses and partners are strictly prohibited from:
- Promoting their own business, services, or social media pages
- Asking participants to follow, like, or engage with their social media accounts
- Sharing visiting cards, QR codes, page links, or promotional material
- Soliciting future bookings or collaborations directly from participants
All participant communication and engagement must remain neutral, professional, and service-focused.
No Poaching or External Engagement
Businesses and partners must not:
- Attempt to recruit MysTrip participants for external trips, treks, or events
- Collect participant contact details for personal or business use
- Divert participants toward competing travel or trekking services
Such actions will be considered a direct violation of MysTrip’s business ethics.
Brand Representation & Conduct
Businesses and partners are required to:
- Maintain respectful, ethical, and professional conduct at all times
- Refrain from making statements that may harm MysTrip’s reputation
- Avoid misrepresentation, false claims, or misleading communication regarding MysTrip
Any behavior that negatively impacts MysTrip’s brand image will not be tolerated.
Written Consent Requirement
Any exception to this policy requires:
- Prior written permission from MysTrip
- Explicit approval stating the exact content, platform, and purpose of use
Verbal consent or assumptions of permission shall be considered invalid.
Consequences of Violation
Violation of this policy may result in:
- Immediate termination of partnership or service engagement
- Permanent blacklisting from future MysTrip collaborations
- Legal action in cases involving privacy breach, brand damage, or intellectual property misuse
MysTrip reserves all rights to protect its participants, brand identity, and business interests.
Agreement & Acceptance
All businesses, vendors, and partners associated with MysTrip are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to this policy by participating in or providing services for any MysTrip activity.
If you do not agree with these terms, you are advised not to participate or work in MysTrip-organized activities.
